Terms and Conditions

BUILDIFY

1. Purchase Agreement contains all terms and conditions of the sale as agreed by Buildify and the purchaser and no other

agreement or understanding. No verbal agreement is granted or honored unless it is in writing.

2. Nothing in this Purchase Agreement does or shall operate as a waiver to any rights of Buildify. Therefore, we have the right to or
privilege against the premises by reason of doing such work or delivery of such material as agreed by parties.

 

3. Buildify shall not be responsible for damages or delays due to strikes, fire and other natural disasters.

4. All unpaid and overdue amounts shall bear a service charge of 5 percent per month from the date of default. This is no interest, nor is it a penalty for the late payment. The service charge is the cost of maintaining an unpaid account. In the event that the account remains overdue for more than 60 days, it will be sent to collection and Buildify will reserve the right to add the corresponding collection agency charges to the overdue balance and collect in full. The collection process may include placing lien/notice of security interest on the title of the property at the client’s expense. The registration and discharge legal fees in addition of the collection charges will be added to the total balance due on any Purchase Agreement that remains unpaid more than 60 days of the Purchase Agreement date.

5. Buildify will be responsible if the newly built structure is damaged during installation. Owner will have 30 days to raise this issue and Buildify will do its level best to rectify the concern.
